I had to fight it a little to get it to fit exactly. Just jacked up my transmission and unscrewed a couple bolts. A beginner could do this replacement themselves!

The part seems to be made decently but the transmission mating surface holes didn't line up with the bolt holes on the transmission. The angle of the mount was slightly too narrow and I couldn't make it work. I ordered this one and another mount after the first one I bought also didn't work. The 3rd one was a success and is the Parts4Plus EM-2410. Just took a bit of finagling but I got it in and it helped with vibration/shake significantly. Good luck.

The mount worked for transmission but had to be bent slightly wider to line up with the upper four bolts

Didn't fit at all. Very frustrating to waste time removing the old mount and then putting it back in.

I bought this for my 2003 tacoma that has 240000 miles on it. It was only $11 so I figured why not. It turns out that even though the original mount was not torn, it was so soft that when the truck warmed up, it would allow the whole transmission to shake when using the clutch from a dead stop. I thought that I had a warped flywheel that would required a lot more time any money to fix but after installing this new mount the truck drives just as good as it did when it was new.
