These are very high-quality metal and look absolutely great. I’m using them on a wood slat fence, but I did not put them on first. Because you screw the two halves together first and then slide it over the pole. I am going to have to improvise, because I don’t wanna take my fence apart. But if you’re looking for something besides the cheap plastic ones that are being sold everywhere, this is the one you want.
