I wanted the wood to add warmth and texture. We could not figure out how to put them on the ceiling, but a carpenter made short work of it. We tried to start on the edges, he started from the middle out. They are beautiful and will require little maintenance on my enclosed patio.

I think I like them!Pros: love the acacia natural wood color, some pieces are super easy to attach, it adds life to outdoor spaces!Cons: very expensive for us. I was planning to cover our back patio but it is way to expensive. I moved the 20 pieces to the front and this is what it covered so I ordered one more. Many reviews said they don’t last long but I’m hoping they still do okay. We will see. Some pieces do not fit well together regardless if I used a mallet or my body weight.Overall, I think they add life to our space but I wish they were more affordable and hope they last with rain and time.

I absolutely LOVE these, but my space is too big to fill the entire area especially with how much they cost per box. My back patio is about 14x22 ft. Initially I put all 4 boxes I did order together and made a small patio area with them which I LOVE. But now I think I will use them to cover my foot path in the front of my house instead. I was not clear on whether they were sealed already when shipped or needed to be done before laying down so I bought some sealant just in case and plan to do the recommended twice a year seal to keep them in good condition. My only big hang up on assembly was the level of difficulty I experienced when assembling them. I feel like directions could be improved and a good pattern of assembly could be provided. for some reason they were just very hard for me and my hands got very sore.

The tiles are very easy to install and they look fabulous. I bought a clear wood sealer to protect the tiles. Not sure what happened, but the surface became tacky, collected dirt and discolored the tiles. I suspect it's operator error and NOT an issue with the tiles themselves. I'm very satisfied with the tiles, less so with the sealer. They looked great, and we very durable, before I sealed them..

UPDDATED REVIEW: January 15 2020 (less than a year after purchase. We purchased tiles in spring/sumer.) I had to change my rating from 5 to 1 star because honestly these tiles do not hold up in any kind of weather. We've had a mild winter here and as you can see from the photos I've attached, our tiles are chipping, fading and warping. We have a covered porch, so water only hits the tiles from the sides and and sun isn't an issue because we have shade trees that line that side of our home. These turned out to be an epic waist of time and a lot of money down the drain. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Buy something else!UPDATED #2 contacted the seller because it was less than a year since we purchased these and I was told the pictures I provided weren't enough basically. They wanted more pictures. They told me these tiles must be sealed TWICE every year! That makes this product VERY EXPENSIVE It also makes them high maintenance. Not to mention in the description it states how DURABLE the tiles are. My husband and I have a large property with two large wooden decks, and a 6 foot wooden privacy fence around our property. We don't even seal all of that twice yearly. Heck, we sometimes don't get to it once yearly and it's holding up amazingly. This product however is chipping and falling apart after less than a year. Durable?! I think not! They told me dogs nails can wear down the boards. Our puppy is only 8 months old and shes a small breed. I informed them of that. I also informed them that we dont take our dog out the door that has the tiles. We take her out our back door where we have a large yard and room for her to run. (Our back door Also goes right to our garage.) I informed them that we used the tiles on our front porch mostly for curb appeal and now it's taking away from the look of our home. They wanted more pictures "to investigate." How many pictures does a customer have to send to prove your product is defective?! I've never dealt with such poor customer service before. This company raves about their product, but when they fail (and these pavers will fail,) they will NOT cover replacements or refund the costs you put into them.My husband and I used these pavers to cover our outdated concrete porch, and we absolutely love how it turned out! Easy to work with and beautiful when its finished. Also durable and easy to clean. I would recommend to anyone

Ordered 100sqft for my condo balcony to cover up a neglected, weather-worn deck with plank gaps nearly large enough to lose a phone through.Assembly is a bit awkward at first, but quick once you get going. The plastic 'links' are shallow, resist snapping together without a lot of pressure (rubber hammer or heavy heel is advised), and are prone to popping out at the slightest provocation if the deck is even slightly uneven. With enough hammering/stomping, enough snapped together to create a mostly uniform surface, although it does sound like I'm walking on legos in some places. I'd have been happier to rate it higher if the links were more forgiving. The finish is pretty, but it's obvious it's going to need some proper weather sealer for long term outdoor exposure.
