Ordered twice, had to return the first one due to the faucet being the wrong model. Box and model number were correct, but the faucet was missing the lever and port to activate the hand sprayer.

First of all I would agree with another reviewer, that the pakaging was bad. The heavy spout made a hole right through the box. Luckily there was no damage. All the parts were included, and there was no damage. Also you do not get the rough hardware kit (R4707), which is sold separately. So be aware of that. My plumber said it was very easy to install and it took him the usuall amount of time. The stainless steel finish looks sharp. Everything works great. Its very good quality, and will last a long time. You can't go wrong with this high end Delta faucet.

This is a four-hole plumbing trim kit for a tub. In the kit, you get a spout, 2 faucets, a spay handle and hose, and mounting hardware. You do not get the rough hardware kit (R4707), which is sold separately. Also included in the box is a paper installation manual in English, Spanish, and French. The spout measures about 10.5” above the mounting surface and is about 12” forward. The hose is approximately 55” long.I am really impressed with the feel of this trim set. Each of the pieces is quite durable, made of sturdy metal and made to last. The style of the pieces is classic and will look great in any bathroom. Installation was straightforward. An experienced plumber probably won’t even need to look at the installation sheet. The kinetic spray pattern is a great feature. Overall, this is a great choice for a tub trim set.

This is from Delta's higher end line. You will need to purchase the rough-in kit to have a complete installation.I really like the design of this Roman Tub Fixture. It goes with many different design styles. It has a classic appearance that shouldn't date easily.The parts and pieces of this trim only kit are all heavy and solidly made. The limited lifetime warranty is an excellent one. Just get in touch with Delta if you have any issues with the quality of the parts and they are usually very quick to respond.The neat thing about this system is that if you do want to change styles later, you can replace the trim kit with another as long as they both use the same rough-in valves, which in this case is the R4707.5 stars for quality.

For this price point, two things were concerning. The horrible packing. Heavy tub spout blasted right through the side of the factory box. This is the second Delta tub filler that has arrived like that so I have to mention it at this point. They need to use a better box and retain the parts better.The other thing is some roughness to the finish on the end of the spout. It’s not that bad, but I frankly expected better given the price and the usual quality I’ve seen from the brand.Beyond this, it’s actually really nice. Heavy, well made. Good finish minus the aforementioned flaws above. Hand shower is awesome too.This is just a trim kit so with the rough in valve you’re spending a pretty penny. If they work the bugs out it would be 5 stars for sure.

Installing spout according to our plumber required rotating spout 360 degrees to fasten. Since it was plumbed to sit near the wall, rotating the spout was not an option. Had to return.
