Your cart is empty. Brand New Finned Black Aluminum Chevy & GMC 12 Bolt 8.75" Ring Gear Differential Cover
This cover includes the gasket and hardware kit (as shown in the photo). This kit is designed to fit Chevy and GMC TrucksRear Differential. This is a high quality aluminum diff cover and is 3/8" thick. Drain plug included.
This is thicker than standard steel covers. Check your clearances. Total height from mounting to back of cover is 5-1/4 inches.

This differential cover was for a VERY specific application, it only fits ONE specific differential. So why would the bolts included to attach it all be too long? Very poor research!

I had only purchased this because it would show up the fastest compared to most aftermarket parts websites. I installed this on my early 70s truck 12-bolt rear end after finding a crack in my factory steel cover upon removal for service. The fit, finish and overall quality of this cover were excellent! I’ve had it installed for a week now with no issue. I LOVE that it is equipped with a drain plug and has a THICK sealing flange. Even the hardware included was great quality. I lightly silicone’d the gasket on both sides to help with any imperfections on my 50 year old housing, so I can’t speak to the quality of the gasket. Overall I’d use this again in a heartbeat.
