The readings are consistent. I have used it to test salt and PH since July. It is reliable and is close to the pool store results. Pool store results vary as we know. This is a good tester. I can swag how much muriatic acid to add to reduce PH. I test after a few hours and it’s down to range. I test at the pool store and the PH is in range. I like using this tester. I’ll buy the calibration packets to calibrate next season. I recommend this tester. The company website was very helpful with tutorial showing you how to use it and calibrate it. We’ve had our pool for four years. This is much better than the cheaper tester I bought last year. That cheaper tester was not reliable. This is worth the money

Purchased this meter as I was tired of wondering if the salt ppm levels were correct on my chlorine generator setting. Also it is excellent for Ph readings. This meter is super accurate, easy to use and well made. Be sure to watch the YouTube video from the manufacturer to get the most from the meter.

I check my water for my grow twice a day and the Agro stays accurate for a long time. I recalibrate about every two weeks and have tested it against other meters along with other ways of testing and it’s performed very well.

The pH calibration process is intimidating for me. I returned a different meter as the directions were very confusing. This company includes how to videos that make it very easy for someone like me. In addition, it's American made and this meter also measures TDS, salinity, EC and temperature. I highly recommend this product. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I calibrated the instrument according to instruction, temp was correct and amount of water was exact. I tested the solutions with lab pH test strips and this confirmed they were in the appropriate range. I then processed the calibration. It will read the solutions properly after calibration but when I check the reading for tap water, I get a 9! I recalibrated. Got a 9 again. I thought that couldn't be correct so I checked the same container with lab pH strips and the strips said about a 6. I checked the 6.86 solution again with a strip and compared and it showed it was closer to 7 than the tap water meaning it was higher than the tap but when I check with the 5in1 pH meter, it says tap water (which is about a 6) is higher and around a 9 and the control is about 6.86 (rinsing the tip in-between). So what the heck is going on here? It's a super bummer because I was very excited to test ferments, brews, soils, fertilizers, etc. I'll revise my review if this can be fixed, otherwise, it's a 60 dollar paper weight or baby toy.

We purchased this meter as a replacement for an old, dedicated TDS meter that finally died. We primarily use a TDS meter to test our filtered drinking water, so we know when it is time to change the filter cartridges in our R.O. water filtration system. When the TDS is over about 40 or 50 we know it’s time to change the cartridges.Since this new meter is a 5-in-1, we now have a meter that can also test the pH of our aquarium - and we don’t even need to use the pH test strips anymore! The meter also has a nice, bright display and is easy to switch between the different modes. The “Hold” function is also really helpful when measuring pH.There are very nice printed instructions, and there’s even a QR code in the instructions that takes you right to the online video tutorials for the meter. Love that! The videos and other information on the Aero-Gro website are easy to follow and really helpful. There’s even a video on how to calibrate the meter using the included buffering powders. The meter feels well-built and is quite sturdy. It’s also waterproof - which is nice in case it gets dipped too far into the water. Very nice meter!!

So easy to use!! I love that this meter is waterproof and that it can also measure salinity. In our house we use a pH meter and TDS meter mainly to check the aquarium pH and to test our Reverse Osmosis filter efficiency. Because this meter is waterproof, I can now safely let the kids use it without worrying that they’ll drop it in the water. Great feature! We have very hard water where we live, so the TDS meter helps us monitor how our water softener and R.O. system are performing. The saline % feature is also really useful for us. We like to add just a little bit of salt to our freshwater aquarium, and this meter lets us measure exactly how much salt is in the water before we pour it into the aquarium. The how-to videos on the website are really helpful and easy to follow. There’s a scannable QR code in the instructions that will take you right to the videos. There’s even a video that shows how to calibrate the meter. It’s much easier to calibrate than I thought it would be.I’m very happy with the meter as well as the customer service!
