Found this diploma frame to be a well-made, stylish option suitable for both wall hanging and tabletop display. The frame is crafted from buffed black plastic with gold-painted beads adorning the perimeter, giving it a somewhat elegant and classical appearance.The transparent display pane is made of clear plastic rather than glass, which some might prefer for its lightweight and shatterproof qualities. The frame includes a clean-cut mat for displaying an 8.5x11 document, which can be removed to fit an 11x14 document instead.One of the standout features is the gloss black metal retaining clips on the back, which are sturdy and angled to provide tension, ensuring the back stays secure. The built-in hanging brackets are also solid and well-made, making it easy to hang on the wall.That being said, it is what it is—a DIY frame. After spending years of your life earning a college degree don't you want to celebrate that with a quality frame that accents it? Well, after my wife decided to go back to school and finish her degree I really felt that it needed a special place rather than sitting in a box. This frame has a hint of class and just the right amount of embellishment to look expensive without actually being expensive. Dimensions are great and the hinges to open and close the back are excellent. Overall a very nice piece to showcase your accomplishments!
