I had already removed the packaging, placed the diploma and sealed the frame, when I saw the price tag over what I thought was just the outer glass. When I peeled it off, part of a plastic film came with it. I tried using a box cutter to remove it so I wouldn’t have to disassemble the whole thing, but that didn’t work. After disassembling the frame, taking out the diploma and removing the glass from the frame, I was able to remove the cover that was over both sides of the glass. That inconvenience is the reason I withheld a star from the rating. The frame is very nice and looks great on the wall. Maybe it would be a good idea or give your customers some idea that they’ll need actually to remove the glass from the frame in order to remove that extra layer of wrapping though. I’m sure you’ll get a 5-star rating if you just remedy that one thing.

I don't know if I missed it in the product discriptuon but the frame comes with this cheap (and scratched) plastic instead of a glass pane. The fact that they are charging this much for a frame of this quality is a joke.
