In the heading it says glass dome cake cover , so I bought it . It came and it is plastic .. Went back to read the write up in heading and as I said it said glass dome cake cover . But check up the writing below and it says both . LEASON LEARNANT . I needed it right away so kept it . Just not happy

I was so excited to come home and collect my package only to see that what I bought was not glass. The description is 100% incorrect it didn't even come protected in the box it was moving all around.

Will not be airtight but will give a beautiful display look to your favorite baked items. Perfect for displaying cakes, cookies, etc.Some assembly of knob on top of plastic dome required. Perfect for what I was looking for.

I'm a little disappointed in the quality for the almost $24 price tag. It is just a plastic dome with a knob that screws into place. One nice feature is that there is a rubber washer that gores over the screw to help keep the dome more airtight. Otherwise, I am not impressed. They could have included a diagram to show the best way to attach the knob, but they didn't. They also could have padded the box a little better since the plastic in mine had a crack right out of the box.I've seen other similar items on Amazon for considerably lower prices. I could have gotten a pedestal with dome set for about this price or less.I just wanted a dome for a pedestal I inherited from my great-grandmother. This will do for now, but I will keep my eyes peeled for a nicer replacement.

Please remove 'glass' from the title of this product. The handle and screw for the handle is nowhere to be found.

I was VERY disappointed with this purchase. First of all, it’s not even glass (as advertised) and it was broken (cracked). I’m returning itDO NOT PURCHASE!

The description of this product is misleading. The cover that I received was plastic. I thought I was ordering a glass cover because that is how this product is described. The price point is also rather high for the quality of this product. Buyer beware....Mine was returned for refund.
