First day of uses and the plastic piece that holds the weights on the bar cracked. I tried to find the company and they never responded. Unacceptable.

We got our machine up and about mid way through the set up noticed a part was made in error and so we stopped and contacted customer support. They were awesome and I messaged them pretty late in the evening and they messaged back right away and sent the part we were needing to us right away. Then after we received the part, Jane made sure we received that part and has checked up on us even after we got the machine together. We would so recommend this machine. It has everything you need for a great workout.

I was really amazed at how well this machine went together. The beauty was I had no parts left over whatsoever. It works well and I’ve had up to 250 pounds on it without any shaking or quaking at all. It’s a sturdy machine and well worth the money.

I've been using this for a couple months now so it's probably been long enough for me to write something about it. It wasn't too hard to set up and the instructions seemed fairly straightforward most of the time. I haven't put more than 200lbs on the bar yet, but the system handles that just fine. My only minor gripe with the machine so far has been that the side rails allow the bar to move far enough to the side sometimes that I can't lock it in place with the hooks easily, which is only really an annoyance when I'm gassed and need to stop NOW. If it had even 1/8th of an inch less play side to side I don't think that would happen.The weight of the bar is 11.8lbs, though once you add all the attachments that lock it to the rails and the olympic sized plate adapters the weight of the bar goes up to around 23lbs.
