The picture I submitted included part of my dog's body and I thought it might arrive looking kind of weird, but it didn't! They did a wonderful job cropping my dog's head, so it fit perfectly on the ornament, similar to the one in their product photo. Excellent quality, 100% worth the cost! Highly recommend if you want to feel like your beloved past pet is there with you during the holidays.

We absolutely love this ornament ! The picture quality was super clear and the background was great! we wanted to contact the seller to see if she can do multiple people pictures this clear because we want to order another for an employee work gift but Amazon doesn’t let us connect :/

I got one made in memory of my sweet Aubie who passed in September. The first Christmas without him in 8 years, love seeing his face on the Christmas tree. Great quality, pricing was more than fair, sized as described. They definitely did a great job on the picture quality

I ordered a custom ornament of my 13.5 yo pup, Bella. It turned out really good! I am impressed that they were able to remove the background so well. Only took away one star because the name is not quite centered. Be prepared for it to take a long time to receive.
