Same pulley as stock, with pulley puller, the old one came off, an the new pulley, went right on. Excellent fit, and quality. This is a metal and composite (hard plastic pulley). Highly recommend using pulley puller/installer rather than prying and pounding. The composite pulley parts will crack or break. New pulley working flawlessly.

This product was not manufactured correctly. The diameter of the hole that slides on the shaft was too small for the shaft. I would like a refund on this part. Seeing how it is not up to specs. I ended up ordered a new one from an online mopar site.

I’m going to write this in hopes that it may help someone out. This pulley will fit on the power steering pump for a 2003-2007 5.9 Cummins with a snap ring backing plate. This will not fit a ZF style pump. ZF is the newer style pump.So yes it will fit on the non ZF style pump. But the diameter is smaller than the original pulley intended for this pump. This pulley is also for a 7 rib belt.A belt on a common rail Cummins is 8 rib.Meaning if you want to use this pulley safely you will have to swap the 8 rib/spine belt for a 7 rib belt.Or you just cut a rib out of the belt you are currently using. So yes it will work. You just need to cut a rib out of the beltKeep in mind though. Since the diameter of this pulley is smaller than oem, your pump is going to spin faster than designed and it will wear on the pump faster. But I got a year and a half And 60,000 miles out of my pump with this pulley. So in my experience it worked great. If you don’t want to mess with cutting a rib out of the beltThere’s only one place I’ve found that sells itGoogle “diesel conversion common rail cummins power steering pulley”It’s the gold pulley that pops up.It is more expensive but it’s the correct sizeThis however is if you’re in a pinch/on a budget this pulley works just fine. Just requires cutting a rib out of the belt or find yourself a 7 rib belt. You can run it without cutting a rib but you run the risk of your belt slipping off from being wider than the pulley.Hope this helps someone out!

I bought this to install when I bought my new power steering pump (which I also got on here for just $56 delivered). I rented a pulley puller from Autozone and used it to install this pulley with no problems. The one thing you need to make sure is that you don't press it on too far because then the pulley edge will hit the body of the pump and prevent it front turning freely. You need to make sure you leave about 1/8" gap between the pulley and the housing for clearance.
