2nd one of these, the bearings are garbage. Ive never had issues with Dorman, pretty much the go to for OE spec on the cheap. But this one wasted my time.

This is a very nice quality pulley and I usually have good experiences with Dorman. But this looks to fit the fixed pulley on the right side of my 2003 Trailblazer 6 cylinder engine below the alternator. It is ~76mm diameter by ~32mm wide. If you want the tensioner pulley on the lower left side below the water pump, you need something different and around ~70mm x 30mm which I couldn't find separately from Dorman. They look remarkably similar from 3' away. Dorman sells the tensioner assembly complete with pulley.

This took the loud squeaking away that sounded like a bad power steering pump. This is directly under the Alternator on the driver’s side of the engine and not for the tensioner on the passenger side. The factory bolt and washer was not included but the originals on the engine both worked perfect and no fit issues. 2005 Chevy Trailblazer 4.2.
