Any vacuum leak is always an issue. After 100,000 miles, rubber seals wear out. This little elbow takes a beating every up and down rpm. But when the truck with a magnum EFI engine will make costly repairs for a leak. Intake seal, a bad MAP sensor, AIC, TPS and O2 sensors. But not this little elbow?stalling, backfiring, non starts, rich conditions, rough idle, running like garbage. If there’s no codes, check this elbow from MAP sensor to TB. If it can freely twist, or easily removed, it’s not holding 20-25 PSIA at idle. But lasted just 16 mo. Q

EDIT: Second one also failed exactly the same way; it split twice. Obviously there is a manufacturing issue with this product. Avoid.EDIT: This has catastrophically split. Complete fail. I am very disappointed, let's hope it was a one-off. Demoted to one star.Replaced a worn-out elbow on my 2001 TJ. Simple to pop off the old one and put this in place, it works perfectly and looks to be OEM factory quality. Recommended.

After reading the description and seeing vacuum fittings I thought it was plural as in more than 1. Other than that they seem fine.
