Not balanced, shaft runs straight but outer surface wobbles very visible with the bare eye. Went to AutoZone to get a new one and it was scratched out of the box too. Seems like ongoing issues form manufacturer

tdc mark on balancer was not positioned properly. had to get a tdc tool and Mark it correctly. otherwise, works as it should.
