This is a great brake line kit like all Dorman parts excellent product, the kit is a perfect fit and all the fittings were correct , the job to do it does take some time routing the lines correctly I have a very rusty 2004 Chevy 2500 crew cab that we have been patching the brake lines as they break, but just buy the kit and do them all at once the first time one rusts through because the others are not far behind , great product so happy they are making kits like these they save so much time over trying to find the correct lines or fitting sizes , thanks Dorman

Replaced on a 2003 Silverado 1500hd Honestly idk if the money saved doing these myself was worth itπ Only prep i did was to remove driver side inner fender. Line removal was easy cut the lines take them out in pieces. But trying to sneak these pre bent lines back in was a pain in the *** .. Front passenger and rear line was the worst. Front driver , front and rear master cylinder supply were fairly easy. Used a might vac hand vacuum pump to bleed lines then went around and did the old pump and hold to finish it off. I did this solo but if you had a buddy that would help allot. If I had to go back I would maybe just get the pre cut rolled lines run and bend those myself I think that woulda turned it into a fairly quick job. Just not as pretty.Ps. Be careful you don't break off bleeder valves. If your replacing cause your lines rusted out might as well get new bleeder valves while your at it there only a few dollars

I love these kits saves a bunch of time on what would be a very nasty job... these are stainless too so that is so much better than piece mealing the carbon steel autoparts store ones.

Easy install - within 30 minutes. Only need one line, currently, but buying the set was cheaper than just the one I need.

Bought this kit to replace my corroded brake lines on my 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500. Brake lines were a nightmare to install but well worth the money I saved. the dealership wanted to charge me close to 1000 dollars and I was able to fix the truck myself for less then 200. Don't be intimidated, replacing brake lines can be done by anyone. Just know it's about a 10 hour job.
