The product was sent defective I put it in and it would not allow me to shift back into park. So I wound up taking the part out and leaving it out now my gear shift does not get stuck nor does it not allow me to shift back into park.

It’s a lot smaller then the original one and put it on my truck shortly after receiving it and now I can’t put my truck in park.

This works perfectly with 1996 chevy Tahoe. Installation was very straightforward. This is to fix the gear handle if it's starting to get stuck.

This fit perfectly and was about 80.00 cheaper than anyone else here on the net. The quality is just as good as the OEM and fit was perfect. this is one of those parts you really dont want to have to tear into your steering column very often. It has to fit in the column and the lower portion of it without removing the dash or steering. I had to pop a lower dash panel is all. Dorman is the way to go for OEM so far they have not let me down any of the purchases I have made.
