Couldn’t hand tighten enough to keep drills secure. Had to use two pair of pliers to crank them down tight enough.

I purchased 4 and the are great. Two tools in one handle. Easy to use, solid fit great construction. And the price can't be beat.

Great little pin vise, just like the collet on a Dremel/rotary tool except that this will hold tiny drill bits. I use this to drill out carburetor jets to custom sizes when I don't have one in stock and need to get someone/or a project back on the road.

I love this tool for easily wiring beads for my jewelry! It mostly easily twists the wire I need tightly for security. My only complaint is that I need to use a vice grip to tighten the tops, but it's otherwise a neat little tool.

Definitely a budget option, the threads and collet interface both suffer a bit from rough machining. This can lead to "stickiness" in the opening and closing of the collet, and the collet getting wedge into the chuck and not moving at all when the chuck is loosened. All these are easily overcome with a bit of force, so these vices will do the job - they're just not a delight to use. If you're going to have just one or two pin vices, you probably should pay a bit more for nicer quality, but if you want to have a bunch of vices on hand and/or plan to use certain tips/drills/items semi-permanently in the vice (effectively making a tool with the vice just the handle of the combined tool), then these make sense.
