I love my Dr Prepare oscillating fans- right until they stopped oscillating. Contacted Dr Prepare and they quickly replaced them. For a small fan, they move a lot of air, very quietly. And the customer service has been very responsive.

Small fan with a powerful kick. I have a very small nightstand and this fan fits on it perfectly. It also oscillates which I don’t need but right now but I gave the option. I have not used it at a far distance. I say give it a try.

Bought less than 24hrs ago and it stopped oscillating. It still blows air and all but it just on one position.

This fan would receive 5 starts but for the oscillation mechanics failing. I have had two of these and both has the identical failures. The Dr. Prepare customer service team replied within 12 hours of my initial contact email to them - understandable since they appear to be based in China. They were pretty helpful in securing a return for me. Your experience may differ. This is the DC version runs off of a USB wall adapter.There is an older version of this fan that I purchased several months ago. It runs off of normal (USA) household current - plugs directly into a wall outlet. The oscillation mechanics are still working great and I use this fan almost every day.

I purchased two of these fans. They circulate air as they are supposed to do, but after a few weeks with limited use (after the return window closed) one of the fans will not oscillate. It’s something I can deal with, but for $30 I expected better. The same thing has not happened with the second fan.

I have this fan in the corner of my kitchen with very little airflow room behind it & it is able to provide a nice strong cooling breeze for when I get too hot while xooking. I also purchased this fan as a housewarming gift for the same purpose & it was very well received & appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this fan again for anyone who needs a fan. I would choose this fan over a window fan due to the powerful breeze. I would put this in my window to cool off the house with the evening cool air. This really is a FABULOUS little fan.

So it has now been 4+ weeks and ZERO customer support. I would NOT buy from this company unless you want NO WARRANTY or service after your purchase. You're on your own.Another update - I would not buy if you expect any customer support. It's too bad, I really like the fan and it's a nice unit EXCEPT it won't oscillate reliably. Customer support is critical for a company to survive.Update - I am not YET reducing this to one star, but am awaiting customer service to contact me and as of yet, they have not. Knowing there is a narrow window for return, I would hope for a quick response. Not so...As others have stated, this is overall a nice little fan, BUT it fails to oscillate. It gets stuck or just doesn't work... I just received it and have given it almost 24 hours of 'chances' and I'll return due to the failure to oscillate. Would have been great otherwise.
