This mattress is fantastic I searched for weeks on end trying to decide and as there were other options as I went threw so many reviews of different kinds I knew I didn't want a memory foam mattress but also didn't want to spend a fortune .I am glad I made the right choice the thickness is perfect it is very well made enough cushion and firmness fits my chicco play yard great, there is space on the sides but not by much but for the price of the mattress this is soo much better than the crib mattress at the store I would definitely 1000% but again or as a gift

I bought this mattress for our dream on me aden mini crib. I was a bit nervous due to some reviews saying it left a gap between the mattress and the crib. It fits perfectly. A bit snug, but I like it that way. Absolutely no gaps. I usually flip or rotate the mattress each time I change the sheets. I also saw some questions and reviews about the firmness of it, I believe it to be the perfect firmness for an infant. There is no give to the mattress which is needed for an infant. I have had this for 5/6 months and its holding up great! Some additional info that would have helped me:For sheets we tried the American baby jersey cotton sheets. They are soft and nice, but they were too stretchy. They scrunched up super easily and I did not feel comfortable with that with baby. I bought some cloud island pack n play sheets from target that work perfectly. They're a bit snug, but I prefer that. Plus I prefer the fabric of those to the Jersey cotton. The breathablebaby mini crib / bassinet breathable mesh bumpers fit nicely on the mini crib. There were some issues about them not sitting properly, I found that if you put the velcro pieces at the back right corner it worked best. Then the ties will go towards the front posts. I do wish it had a couple more ties, but it still works like it should. Also make sure you follow the correct threading of the bumpers for what you get, they have two options on the packaging. And like I stated above, we bought the aden dream on me 4 in 1 crib. I LOVE it. It's nice and sturdy, high quality. Occasionally you may need to tighten the screws, but I found I had to do that with our bigger graco crib too. We have had this mini crib for 5-6 months now and it's just great. I love that you can lower the mattress when needed. It saves space. It's the same size as a pack n play. We transitioned to this because I wanted our son to stay higher for longer vs having to be lower down from the bassinet in our pack n play due to weight limit being met. 5/6 months later and we are only just about to bump the mattress down one notch. SOOOO happy we got it. Highly recommend!I hope this review helps!

This fits the DaVinci Kalani mini crib perfectly. Nice snug fit on all 4 sides of the crib. I was worried because some reviews stated that they have some space between the sides of the crib and the mattress. It fits perfectly though. It is very nice quality, especially for the price! It is durable and supportive, but I think once the baby gets bigger/heavier (closer to a year old or older?) we will probably upgrade to the 5 inch mattress, just for a little more support. The coils in this one definitely make a difference for the better when compared to the plain foam mattresses. I am glad I went with this one. It feels firm enough, doesn't press down too overly easily like the foam ones do, but yet still has a little "spring" to it to be comfortable. It is also not noisy, even though it of course has the waterproof plastic covering. I put a waterproof pad on it, and then the mattress protector and then the sheet. I don't like the idea of the plastic covering due to it being cold, so I like to layer bedding on it to keep it a little warmer and cozy. I think it is a great choice. We will see how it holds up over time and if we end up moving on to the 5 inch. I will update my review as needed :)These are the bedding items I used on it and everything fits this mattress perfectly! --

I bought this mattress for my newborn baby because we are having her sleep in her pack 'n play in our room while she is still so little. The mattress that our pack 'n play came with has creases and isn't very comfortable. It's also thin and hard. I realize baby mattresses are supposed to be firm, but the one we already had was too firm. It didn't have much cushioning or support at all. This mattress is perfect; it has just the right amount of cushioning and firmness. It's a nice, snug fit in the pack 'n play, and my baby sleeps great on it. I think most people buy this mattress for a Graco pack 'n play, but mine is a Safety First Travel Elite. When I measured the mattress it came with, it was 24 x 36, but I took the gamble and bought this mattress anyway even though it's 24 x 38 because the mattress that came with my pack 'n play looked a little small for the space. Sure enough, it fits. It's a snug fit, but I like that because there's no way the baby is going to get caught in the sides. She's safe and comfortable. Also, I really like that this one has the coils instead of foam. The crib mattresses I have are also coil, so I wanted a coil pack 'n play mattress to be consistent. That way when it's time to switch her to the crib, it shouldn't be that different for her. I'm also partial towards coil over foam anyway for the support and comfort. There weren't too many options for a coil pack 'n play mattress. I'm so glad I found this one and that it works so well!
