This pack of accessories won't work with all models that have the words "L10s" and "Ultra" in their name! Dreame's similarly named models use different sized filters.The Amazon Dreame Store and the official Dreame website product descriptions are difficult to navigate, making the problem worse.Dreame's official website chat only gives the runaround. No offer to exchange for the correct accessories package. And no answers after a week of requesting them, other than "we'll send you a purchase link". I'm not interested in wasting time with a chat agent every time I need to order accessories.This is a terrific way to send customers willingly into the arms of the accessories gray market, where parts are clearly labelled for the exact intended model. Given my experience, I'm fairly certain they'll void my warranty if I buy gray market parts to solve this problem that they have created.A terrible way to do business.

You need to have replacement parts on hand when needed for the vac/mop to perform properly.
