About this item

  • Open field of vision
  • Innovative under-the-nose design
  • No red marks
  • Any cushion size fits any Dreamwear frame

Size:Large This is the replacement cushion for the Philips Respironics DreamWear Full Face CPAP Mask. Four cushion sizes: Small, Medium, MediumWide & Large are available. The DreamWear mask's full face cushion rests under the nose, providing airflow to both the mouth and nose without actually inserting into the nostrils or exerting any excess pressure. Because of the cushion's low profile design there is absolutely no contact on the top of the nose or at the sensitive nasal bridge. Exhalation ports on the cushion, and in the mask's elbow, quietly disperse excess air.

I needed to replace this, but insurance wouldn't let me get one for 3 months. This was in stock, a good price, and shipped quickly.

The cushion fits perfectly, providing a secure seal without feeling overly tight. It's incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep peacefully without irritation or pressure points on my face. The material is soft and gentle against the skin, and I appreciate how easy it is to clean. This replacement cushion has significantly improved my CPAP experience, making it much easier to get a good night’s sleep.

Its exactly what I paid for, the fact that this can be bought for under 20 bucks when a two pack at the Cpap store is 120 or 80 from Phillips is amazing.

I've tried many different masks and this is the best ... by far. For us mouthbreathers, it covers the mouth, but it doesn't go over the nose. (Some masks hurt my nose.) It goes under the nose. It's just a slit on the top of the mask, but the head straps can be adjusted for a perfect fit. In fact, the mask is a perfect fit -- great seal w/o having to get the straps too tight. No marks on your face when you wake up. Works so well that I sometimes shift my jaw to one side as I'm falling asleep (breaking the seal) so I can be sure I have the CPAP machine turned on. Best ever!!!

Good fit but tubes that plug in to cushion pop off easy. Have never had one do this. Have new tubing ut it was not doing this with old cushion.

I have used this mask for 4 months now. I am torn on how to review. I love that it takes the mask pressure off the bridge of my nose. It is impossible for my to get a good seal for entire night. I tend to roll onto my side and any head movement causes mask to slide out of position. Even moving head up and down. I can see this working well for women because if I don’t shave everyday the stubble causes a poor seal also.Concept gets 5 stars but comfort and seal get 2.

When I got my CPAP the aide suggested I try the Dreamwear with a nose pillow, but he only had a medium size for me to try. This size worked okay but after discussions in followup he suggested a larger size would be more comfortable. When I contacted the service that is supposed to provide support and supplies the price was well over $100.Luckily I did a bit of shopping and found this for less than $15 so gave it a shot.Installing the new mask on the frame I have was a snap, literally, and the large size is more comfortable and less prone to leak. Hallelujah. Viola. Also delivery was a week early so Kudos to Phillips!!

I am convinced that the Dreamwear full face mask is the best on the market, and I have no intention of using anything else unless I absolutely have to. Prior to this, I had used a Resmed AirFit F10 and it was awful. My DME was not helpful at all during the process of selecting masks when I first got my CPAP back in 2017, and I suffered through using that F10 the entire time. It would leak no matter what I did, and I was getting awful red marks on my cheeks and bridge of my nose. When I finally replaced my CPAP machine earlier this year, I did my own research on what mask options I had and discovered that there were MANY different choices. I also discovered the OSCAR software around the same time, which was an absolute game changer for me as well.I wanted to try the Philips masks simply because of the massive difference in price between them and the Resmed options. I buy all my supplies out-of-pocket (since I never meet deductible each year) so cost was very important to me. I was also happy to find that Philips sells several of their models as "Fit Packs" that have all 3-4 sizes of mask bundled together for fitment at home. I first tried the Amara View and was not happy with it. It's similar in design to the Dreamwear, but the nose part is slightly different and I had a lot of leaks in that area. I was able to return that and try the Dreamwear fit pack and it was like the stars aligned for me this time.I am almost entirely a stomach/side sleeper and full face masks typically don't work well with this. However, due to the design of the Dreamwear, nearly all sleep positions are supported. My leak rate went WAY down, and my therapy seemed to be much more effective when using this mask. The magnetic attachment took some getting used to, but once you figure it out, taking the mask off and putting it on takes mere seconds. I have zero marks on my face anymore, and the seal is still great after months of use on the same mask.I know Philips has taken a lot of heat over the Dreamstation recall debacle (and rightly so), but they really knocked it out the park on the Dreamwear mask.
