I bought this on July 24 and installed it and it seem the trouble still occurred in the AC unit not turning on. Everything was describe on the site but sure enough it wasn't doing the job that it was suppose to do. Then I hired a technician and they gound the problem in no time. They changed out the product with a American made part and wala it works beautifully. I would said do research and never sell yourself short and buy products made in the USA and not out of country crap. A 20 dollar part costing me more than 450.00 in replacing and new contactor.

i don't think this is normal operation of a 3 pole contactor. or this could be defective. The other terminal L2-to-T2 and L3-to-T3 were perfectly good contact.

Replaces my old contactors and working great! I can only order one at a time otherwise always missing parts because they are shipped by Amazon in envelopes that tear not boxes.

Cons: 120vac coil does not have screw terminals, they are spade connectors. I had to spend another $7 for a pack of crimps making the value not good. Sticker is on upside-down when coil terminals on bottom.Pros: Does not hum, very silent. 40A contact perfect for 20A breakers. Used a photosensor to control coil. Worked good for condo building with multiple lighting loads.
