I purchased these filters because it says quanty of 24, up to now I have only received 3, and I made the purchase way back in August. Would oyu please help me obtaining the rest of the items?Thank you

Easy to install. It replaced the old kind that was just plastic honeycomb. This one has a triple filter. The only thing that was difficult was knowing which way to put it in. But there is an arrow that points which way the air flow goes.
