Love this system for increasing arm strength. My sons velo has jumped 6 mph in 3 months. I would recommend but follow instructions so as not to injure a young players arm

We received 2 x 150g (yellow) and are missing a 100g (grey) ball. Not sure how to get in touch to rectify this. The 100g is required.
