If you're on a strict ketogenic regime, you are used to eating small quantities of high-fat, high-calorie foods. These little dishes turn my keto snacks into a treat! A little piece of 100% dark chocolate in one compartment, a small handful of raspberries in the next, a pile of slivered almonds in slot #3, and a little collection of pecans or 100% chocolate chips in the final compartment...and my bedtime snack looks (and tastes) so much better!

Images are missleading. That spoon must be smaller than a tea spoon because the tray is extremely tiny...Will be returning them.
