- The insulated plastic container (pail) itself.
- A heavy plastic liner that serves as an extra layer of protection inside the container, ensuring safe storage of your smoke detectors.
- A zip tie to securely seal the plastic liner.
- Velcro Tabs (Seal between uses).
- A pre-paid return shipping label to send the filled cardboard box back for recycling.
- A comprehensive guide explaining how to obtain your Certificate of Recycling online and providing instructions for tracking the container's return process.
Stay Mindful of Our Guidelines:
- All terminals must be insulated using clear, non-conductive tape that is sent with the container. This crucial step ensures safe handling and transport.
- Important: Avoid including wet cell batteries, Lithium-Sulfur Dioxide (LiSO2), Lithium Manganese Dioxide (LiMnO2), Lithium Thionyl Chloride (LiSOC12), lead acid batteries, lithium batteries exceeding 5 grams of lithium per cell or 25 grams in total, as well as broken/cracked/damaged batteries in the kit.
