Is a nice piece, and for the price I think it represents a good value when compared to some other tail tidy versions on the market. I read a review that said something about the holes not lining up properly. I can't speak to that particular unit, but I don't see a problem with my piece's fit or function. Perhaps there is some variability with the Bajaj built KTMs, IDK. But it's not too uncommon in my over 50 years of experience dealing with and modding motorcycles, for some aftermarket items to need a little "something" or some fine tuning to "help" them fit a bit better. That's why I have tools.... The only negatives I can say about this tail piece is that I'm not crazy about only using the two bolts to hold the pivoting license plate part. I know that that allows the end user to adjust the angle to their liking, I would just prefer something more secure. As it is, I worry that the two pivot bolts may not provide enough tension/friction, and that that could allow the license plate holder to pivot downward over time. I plan to add some star washers, and blue loctite, and still, I'll keep a close eye on it... The only other negative is that the license plate light doesn't come plug and play, with the factory style plugs already installed. And I HATE cutting factory electrical parts apart, just in case I want to put it back to stock for future sale. Not a deal breaker, but something worth mentioning. In the end, to me this piece is an inexpensive way of getting rid of that long goofy factory tail piece and making the bike look more compact and minimalist.

Although this plate bracket is designed for a Duke motorcycle, I ordered it to mount on my Surron light bee to hold a license plate. My Surron is highly customized so I would have needed to come up with a custom mounting system even if I ordered one specifically for the Surron.I was very impressed with the build quality of this bracket. It is made from a thick steel and is much thicker than I expected from an amazon plate bracket. The light is also high quality and runs off of 12V. I just ended up hooking it up to my tail light wiring. It fits a motorcycle plate just fine and holds it securely in place.Overall, this is a great license plate mounting bracket. The metal is way thicker than expected and it feels very durable. Mounting was easy and would probably be even easier if you have Duke bike like this bracket was designed for. I would highly recommend this bracket. You're getting a pretty solid chunk of metal for your money.
