I wear these over my clothes for 1) heavy area spraying for poison oak and 2) wading through (literally) fields of poison oak to cut brush. The first use keeps me/my home pesticide free, and the second means no worries about how to get urushiol off my clothes without getting it all over my washer (and it's not fair to others to use coin laundries--why give others the poison oak I don't want?). For both purposes, these are great--they do tear when 'attacked' by blackberry canes, but they also keep my clothes clean when mucking about in the dirt. a very good product and one I value.As an added 'value' they tend to keep ticks at bay, too...
