It’s been stored indoors inside of my shop. I bought it in 2020. And I am having to replace the hose in 2003 from dry rot. Three years is plenty happy for the price, and I’m going to put another $20 hose on it and hopefully get another three years

Did not come with the lead in hose and the reel does not hold in place in any position

This product is very difficult to mount by yourself, not to mention you can’t get a tool to mount it without taking it apart!! And that in itself is a very difficult task. Make the mounting bracket WIDER so you can get a tool in to tighten the hardware.

the reel don,t retract the hose is really defective leaking at the fittings i ask for a refund still not have any answers from the company

Didn't come with the 3 foot hose to hook from reel to compressor.

This one came with a stripped bolt in it keeping it from rewinding properly. I knocked off a star because I had to fix it or ship it back So I just fixed it. They should have caught that before putting it in a box.
