I was delighted to find this. I only have 10 feet between the posts on my deck, and this hammock is able to fit, but I had to put the carabiners on the loop of the strap of the crossbar so that it would hang high enough off of the ground. I used Daisy chain nylon straps to go around the post for added flexibility of height adjustment.
