As stated in the subject line, this is only one unit when you in fact need two units to make the vagus nerve stimulation effective. With only one you can't really take advantage of the nerve stimulation and also for one you overpay, you can easily find for half the price with other sellers.

These are better than the white ones sold on here. Like most others, they slip off if you don't get them just right. There's a learning curve and now I know where to place them. Have worked great for over a month now.

Fits small ears. I pair it with a pad electrode to the post. shoulder and it works well.

I received two and they work wonderfully. After ordering, I noticed that most reviews stated they only received one clip. So I was disappointed in advance, as I hoped to receive two and I’d also found a pair elsewhere online for the same price. I rigged the set to become one clip so that I could connect both lead wires to the same clip and wouldn’t need the sticky pads. They work perfectly and shipping was super speedy! I’ll purchase from this company again.

I have a Tens 7000 and bought this to stimulate my vagus nerve. Works perfectly. Check out the video from the Washington Wellness Center on YouTube for detailed instructions on how to use this piece with your Tens unit.

$9.00 US for one clip is outrageous.

First, if the product listing showed 2 clips or there was misleading language, that's no good. I took everyone's advice and ordered 2 because, "what good is just one?"Well, actually, as you can see in the attached photos, the clip needs a little modification to be used with a tens device for the purpose of stimulating the Vagus nerve. (healthrising org has a resource titled "Preparing TENS Leads to Use in Vagus Nerve Stimulation of Ear")Not a medical professional and am just outlining the procedure. Black lead goes into the clip and red lead goes into a stripped down electrode. Pull the sticky film off and trim around the the fibers (they kind of fan out like a makeup brush shape). You will not get the cloth or backing completely off, but it worked okay for me (even if it isn't the tidiest). Shape the fibers to run along the other side of the clip. I used medical tape, 2x wrap until the circular end that pinches against the other side. Then use a narrower piece (wrapped over) that covers the fibers. Instructions were ambiguous whether to put tape to hold (but leaving the fibers exposed) or if it's supposed to act as a shield from getting direct contact (this was what I did). With both leads plugged, connect to TENS and set. The one I've used (continuous, 100 mu, 20 Hz) hasn't "fried" anything (yet), but there are at least two other settings that I've seen suggested. All are based on scholarly studies of the treatment and are linked to in the article above.Actual Review:Shipped USPS Priority as described. Maybe price is steeper than I'd like, but I think this clip is the only on you can modify like this (don't try using alligator clips). There is only a small discount for combining purchases. My total was more than 2 clips and 1 shipping charge.Otherwise, I'm satisfied and hope others will find this post useful.
