I'm 5' 4" and 165lbs, a large fits perfect. I honestly thought it would be too small when I took it out of the package, but it stretches more than it seems and isn't tight like some that dig into your tummy.If you are looking for a jersey or t-shirt material, this is not it. The inside is lined with a white, sleek material, and the outside is a silky material.
