I simply love sunrise alarm clocks, and this one did not disappoint. I literally want one in every room in my house, but this one is for my son's room.I set this clock to have a sunrise 30 minutes before my son has to get up to go to school. I find the light that slowly gets intense is a great way to soothe yourself or a young person into getting up; especially during daylight savings time when its darker than usual when getting up. My son loves going to sleep listening to ocean waves and I like the heads up it gives him that it will be soon time to get out of the bed.This clock is perfect for nurseries, kids' rooms, senior's rooms, especially to help with sundowning for dementia patients. It has such a variety of uses, from being a Bluetooth speaker and allowing you to listen to your sounds, to choosing from one of the 26 sleeping sounds that best soothe you.This would make an awesome gift for just about anybody! I LOVE this clock and would definitely recommend it,

We got this after the demise of a similar clock inherited from an older family member. We didn’t have any particular demands of it beyond clock + light = wake up! so please understand the bar was LOW. Someone looking for something fancier might approach with a more discerning eye, but this far surpassed our quite basic expectations for features and service, and we couldn’t be happier.The variety of available colours for the light delighted all the kids, who took turns debating which one to pick. The time was easily set thanks to the included instructions, as was the alarm. The actual wake up experience has only been tested a few times so far, but it’s proved effective. The calming sounds might not be to everyone’s taste but they come with impressive selection so chances are you’ll find at least one to suit.The look of this is distinctly modern, and would be most complementary to similar decor. It’s small enough to sit on a child’s nightstand with room to spare, but large enough that a small flailing hand won’t take it out at the first blow! The ability to change the colour of the light gives the chance to further coordinate it with a room’s colour scheme if desired.Overall this is a useful and attractive clock, especially suited to use by a tween-aged child starting to take greater responsibility for getting themselves up and on their way in the morning.

I just reviewed another sunrise alarm clock and while I really liked the design, it was lacking in essential features - like easy to identify and use buttons, bright light (for use as a table lamp/nightlight), and battery back up. This clock makes up for the missing flaws, but comes with a few of it's own.Pros:- Dimmable light that's bright- Buttons are backlit when light is on- Alarm can be set for 7 days a week, 5 days a week, or weekends only- Changeable light colors, including multi color and cloud like displays- Rotary (but digital) volume control- Rotary (but digital) light control- Clock digits can be set to very very low brightness level- 11 white noise sounds- 15 other sounds (12 nature/environment, and mercifully just 3 music options)- Battery backup. The clock kept time (although display was off) for over 3 hours without power- Available USB port for charging or plugging in other devices (very nice feature!)- The rotary controls for volume and light let you dial in your preference without having to keep pressing buttons Unlike old style rotary analog controls (look up "transistor radio") these are digital- You have to remember when to use "long press" on the buttons or you are likely to change a settingI initially thought the rgb control of the light was sort of gimmicky. It is, but I have to admit I like looking at the blue cloud setting.Cons:- You absolutely will have to read the manual! Many features can be figured out easily, but the multi-press sequences are not intuitive.- This is fairly wide at 7". My bedside table is full so this would have to replace multiple items. I have a table lamp, white noise generator, and clock radio. While this isn't as bright as the table lamp, it will do. Having the bluetooth connection helps make up for not having a radio.- Speaker is only OK quality. It doesn't have truly full or rich tone.This is a very capable device, but I had to go with 4 stars instead of 5 because of the absolute need of the instruction manual and some inconsistencies of how button presses are used. The speaker could be better, but it is acceptable as it is.

Wanted to try one of these for a while, especially since the backlight in my bedside alarm clock appears to have died. It’s a fairly light item which made me worried at first but it seems to function very well. I like the inclusion of several white noises and nature noises; I’m not a white noise person but we have enjoyed the ocean, rain, and thunderstorm nature sounds so far - although the sound clips are pretty short so they get pretty repetitive. The sound overall is also a bit tinny for the built-in sounds; same result was observed when connecting a phone through bluetooth - also this is small but while the brightness dial works in the direction expected (right => brighter), the volume dial is the opposite for some reason. You can set a sleep timer on the light and sound so that it will automatically shut off after a chosen interval; a nice touch, but it would have been even nicer to have them fade out instead of just turning off suddenly. The backlight brightness of the clock can be adjusted, and you can of course customize the level of the sunrise alarm, as well as how soon it starts before the actual audible alarm goes off. The volume of the alarm is set separately from the system sounds so it won’t be affected by other changes made while using the clock; note that this is a single alarm clock as opposed to the more standard dual-alarm. The sunrise itself feels a bit more artificial than natural and it is a bit choppy when it goes up in brightness and changes color temperature as opposed to a more smooth increase I have seen in more expensive models. Overall, a decent clock and we have enjoyed having it so far.

All I can say is WOW! Such a beautiful and functional wake-up/go to sleep system. Imagine an alarm clock you never have to reset because it’s on WIFI and it does it on its own! No more back an hour or forth an hour with daylight savings time. Lovely soothing sounds and colours! Definitely a purchase you will not return regret! Truly it is so much more than just an alarm clock.Easy to operate just follow the instructions!! We totally recommend this Ecozy SUNRISE ALARM CLOCK!

This sunrise alarm clock has made a big difference in our mornings. Instead of the usual harsh alarm, the gentle light gradually brightens, helping my toddler wake up more peacefully.
