No es inoxidable, y el zincado que supone traer para proteger del oxido no es tal, no funciona.

I’m using mine for a different purpose - mixing big pots of food stuff (not for public sale), but it works very well and saves a lot of time and energy. It can be a little difficult to clean thoroughly, however, with the small gaps, but it all comes out.

Paddle works but it is NOT stainless steel, it is plated. Do not buy it if you need stainless!

Seller clearly states it is made from stainless steel. First look out of the box it is some sort of sink coating most likely over a mild steel. I’m very familiar with metallurgy and this product shows no signs of being fabricated/welded using stainless steel. The price difference from competitors said it should be stainless, but from what I see it is just like the cheapest competitors mixer. I will be contacting them about this...

Product rusted after first use. I'm a homebrewer and purchased it to use as a mash mixer and to perform kettle whirlpooling, both of which it excelled at. It looks and feels more like a plated steel than real stainless steel. I returned it and will be purchasing one of the more expensive options that state they are stainless steel and hopefully that will live true to its description.
