Have an antique decanter and wanted a glass stopper somewhat close to original. Had to guess at what the sizing was and guessed wrong. It looks ok, but I really needed a 29/32 to make it seal correctly. If your not a lab chemist then look atbacto com au /glass-conical-joint-sizes (you know where to put the dots)for a guide on how to size a stopper.

I have a glass decanter that came from my grandmother's house. Evidently the original glass stopper was broken and replaced with a plastic one that didn't fit. I ordered this to replace the plastic one.That said, it almost fits the decanter, just a little bit too small. It fits all the way into the neck. It is better than the plastic one though and does work more or less. I may look for another slightly larger one.But for quality and looks there's nothing wrong with this one. It's a little flat since it fits all the way into the neck of my decanter but would be fine if it was a tiny bit bigger.
