This is an amazing product......works like a charm every time. I've only used the freezer version because of inflammation in my knees and shoulder, but it can be heated in a microwave as well. The heavy storage bag ripped through my own carelessness so I called the company (southwest technologies inc.) to see if I could buy a couple replacement bags. Without hesitation they were helpful beyond my expectations. They are sending replacement bags at no charge. I highly recommend this product backed up with excellent customer service.

This gel wrap is wonderfully pliable and so provides an even distribution of cold or heat to the area. I just wish it stayed cold (or hot) longer.
