Works great. Be sure to hang your pasta and let dry for a couple days. It comes out brittle and doesn’t seem like it will work out well for eating, but it is delicious! Your taste buds have a minute adjusting to not having all the chemicals in commercially produced pasta.

Love making pasta at home.Small though.. so don't get this one if you're making a ton!

We have recently gotten into making pasta at home as fresh pasta just tastes better and cooks so fast. We have an attachment for our KitchenAid mixer but don't like lugging it out all the time if we can avoid it and thought this would be an easy tool and it is. It is lighter then the mixer and attachments so I can grab it and set it up quickly and easily. I have been very happy with the results. It was easy to use, got the dough thin enough for us, and was simple enough to clean up after. It stores well, and works well.

This product is a stainless steel pasta maker that functions by rolling out dough into thin strips, and then optionally cutting it into linguine/fettuccine shapes.This product is modeled very closely off of traditional hand cranked pasta makers. It has a simple rolling mechanism that pushes the dough through to flatten it. This is done in various widths in order to get it thin enough for use in pasta including lasagna, ravioli, and even things like dumplings or wontons. The various settings can also rip that into strips to make fettuccine or linguine noodles.The product works very well as long as the consistency of your dough is good. At first I was having trouble because it was falling apart as it was being smashed through the roller. I improved my dough and now it rolls itself smoothly and stays in one piece. I am mainly sticking to thicker noodles right now as I get used to the action of this machine, but now that I have figured it out it works perfectly every time. Lasagna and ravioli come out great, and I am learning to properly fold tortellini as well! A great product overall that saves time and it creates something that is far superior to its store-bought version.
