The cord and handle is very sturdy but the cord gets very stiff in cold weather. The button open the charge port some of the time but not 100%

The Tesla 110V/240V charger has been working great for me, even though I've only used it for Level 1 charging over the past month. My house uses a NEMA 14-50, but this charger comes with a 6-20/5-15 plug, and it’s been functioning without any issues. I love that the cord is 25 feet long, giving me plenty of reach for my Model 3/Y, and with the charging times set via my Tesla app, it’s been a reliable and cost-effective option compared to the OEM charger.

Okay, i have another charger that ive been using ever since my husband got me a tesla, but than i kept thinking to myself i need a backup one just in case because well you just never know.. well let me tell you that this one is the one i use full time while the other one that i was using before is my backup one inside of the car… this one charges quick, easy to install and it connect right away after plugging it in. The function of it is amazing the durability its built amazingly & i love the extension cord is long & thick ! This is such a great charger to have it also comes with its own storage bag which i think is great very well made !

Repackaged Ali express charger that you can find 20 copies of on here with 20 different logos.That would be fine if it was reliable, after 2 weeks it’s now bricked and won’t charge my car anymore.It flashes blue green blue red, but there is no manual for it anywhere I’ve looked to even troubleshoot the problem.Returned and expecting a full refund because this is ridiculous
