Pretty good quality and nicely packaged in zippered case. The jaws are pretty large and can make it difficult to use these on small connectors or in tight spaces. As long as there's room they do grip really well though. On my 95 S10 they were only useful on a couple connectors. I found they were really useful on some of the old, brittle plastic clamps that I normally break.Overall I think these are good pliers, just don't expect them to fit a wide variety of connectors, clamps, etc.

These work well and save your thumbs.Easy to use and are a good value for sure. They are a little large, which is good and bad. Only an issue when you're trying to fit them in a tight spot, but they're better than nothing in those situation as well.

Very useful tool to have. It looks sturdy and it’s comfortable to hold.

They do work, the quality isn't bad either. On large connectors with good clearance, they work great, but you don't usually need a tool for those. They are a bit large, especially when the jaws are open. They aren't going to get to the buried ones. The size of the jaws also means the "button pressing" jaw will likely press on other parts it shouldn't. If they were scaled down a bit, and changed the angle to make them open a bit more square like long reach, they would be so much better

As the title states, this plier set are made of quality materials with good fit and finish. They are offered at a nice price point that makes them affordable to both the professional or shade tree mechanic. The right tool makes a job so much easier and a specialty tool like these are in that class. Additionally, they minimize damage to the connector and wires from inept attempts with unsuitable tools to remove them.

I got these because I'm working on a lot of engine bay wiring recently. You still have to know your plug pretty well, and where it wants to be pinched. Kinda like people. I like that this set came with a nice carrying case, and included the angled version of the pliers. Between these two it's possible to reach down into a cramed engine bay and disconnect almost everything. These will probably not be good for the large firewall bulkhead connectors and delicate PCM/ECM connectors, and anything that has a cam lock style latch.I'm tempted to use these on spark plug boots as well....

These are a must have for any mechanic who wants to get the job done right. The pliers are easy to use and the fact that they come in two different angles make it super easy to access those hard-to-reach connectors.I do love that this comes with a case but to be honest I will probably just toss these in my every day tool bag
