The dumbbells get the most use. They really provide a workout when keeping them under water.The waist belt is ok, but the strap will dig into your skin a bit bc it shifts or if you crank it down so it doesn't shift.That other little thing appears useless. Just saying.

Many people at my pool have asked where I got my belt- told them about this kit. I donated the leg thing to the pool, but anyway, people with even the best balance and strength could use the “floaty” belt.

Will use it and hope it will last at least three years. The belt material is Not durable, nevertheless I can replace it, the rest is good. 👌🏼👍🏼☺️😍

I put these through their paces every day in the pool.They are sturdy and provide a good workout.The belt fits my ample girth and provides good floatation for paddling.

I decided to use this swim belt a few times before a review... I do not recommend this belt the clip is good so far but the rest needs work.The belt is constantly sliding around I had to tie it to keep it atleast from losing hold. In the water is where it gets worse , I hit the sides of the belt with with my arms as I try to just do simple movements also it never stays where you put it on size or waist. If I didn't severely need it for PT I would send it back.... I never used the water weights as the belt was why I bought it. The belt slid off quickly and I had to grab it and hold it to get myself to the shallow end so if you decide to still try it , tie it with a knot I wish I did that on my first try. This will stay as a second for emergencies im going to order a more reliable swim belt.----‐----------‐--------------------------------------I decided to up my review up to 4 stars and here is why .. I ordered another belt and yes it was more comfortable than this one however it didn't work to float ! I started sinking in 5 feet when decided to test the " replacement " .So I went back and put back my original belt which I hit my arms on but it works good... plus both belts slipped in the water ... sighI weigh 212 and this belt works good for floating completely!‐‐----------------------------------------------------Big change ! My pt lady took this swim belt and litterly just turned it where the label in on the inside! And it's amazing how much it changes this belt 100% it didn't move at all stays pretty well in the same place and has lasted like this ... my pt lady did this for me 2 months ago and I use it twice a week for min 1 hr in the water.... I wanted to really make it tested and it passed to 5 stars and I would definitely buy it again as long as it's used inside out 🤣

I have several sets of water aerobics equipment. I got this for guests for when they want to join my fun exercise activity. This summer, I'm in the pool almost everyday! I sometimes ise this set myself and I must say, it does it's job! I will not hesitate to buy again

well-designed product for pool flotation, including water dumbbells for workouts. Durable and a good value. The only dislike is that the front strap should have a small cushion where it touches the stomach area. Otherwise, all is good
