Unless you need a High Tech Programmable Thermostat Computer with an App on your Smart Phone to stay (connected) 24/7 to your Heating Cooling System at Home and you want a simple device they will (NEVER) fail or need re-caliibration and will last longer than your HVAC System with only a AAA Battery to replace every several years, look no further. People in the Trade will tell you, White-Rogers--Emerson is The Standard of the Industry of no frill Thermostats. Sorry Honeywell.

I replaced an old manual thermostat with this, because it's the same one that I have upstairs. I got this one certified refurbished. It works absolutely great. Except when I press the buttons the screen doesn't glow. Other than the back light not turning on, for a refurbished item it works great.
