I love to make tarts and especially like the long rectangular shape. Having struggleda bit with removable bottom nonstick forms (how to remove the tart without damage, how to cut without damaging the pan and the awkward scooting off the pan bottom to a serving platter), I was thrilled to find this pan. Emile henri is first rate quality. I love this pan. No need to move to serve. Bakes beautifully. Cleans up beautifully and no stressing about cutting. The other pans will be available at my local thrift shop soon.

So fancy! I use this dish most often when I want to half a 8 x 8 baking pan recipe. So lovely for other uses too. Bakes evenly and it’s easy to clean.

Adoro i prodotti Emile Henry! Questa teglia/tortiera è molto bella e qualitativamente di ottima qualità come tutti i prodotti Emile Henry. Occasione unica per me di trovarla di colore bianco candido, poiché solitamente nei negozi si trovano color "beige", rosso o giallo. Ho diversi prodotti di qs marca e sono ottimi. Fatti in argilla, mantengono benissimo la temperatura permettendo una cottura perfetta. Il prodotto è arrivato con un imballo protettivo abbastanza buono e nei tempi previsti.
