I have a 1994 E250 V8 5.8L. I had an intermittent lack of spark issue causing a stall and no start problem that got increasingly worse as time passed. This part completely resolved that issue and has regained my confidence in my old van. This was very important to me because its not only my work vehicle but also my tow vehicle for my boat...Great buy, great price and very happy with this purchase.

There are 2 versions of this ICM from Ford, if you get the wrong one like I did, you'll have problems that are really hard to diagnose. I tore my whole wiring harness apart looking for a short, and it turned out I just had the wrong one. I knew about grey vs. black, but unfortunately someone before me put the wrong one in, and since it was a long time ago and they used a Motorcraft part, I thought it was the original. It took me over a year to discover this was the problem. Too late to return. Google "Do you have the right ICM? gray vs black" for more info on the 2 versions.

Was getting an OBD1, 212 code, SPOUT circuit grounded, on my ‘94 E350 5.8L. Circuit tested O.K. to pin #36 at the PCM to ICM. Replaced ICM, still getting the 212 code. I think it is a PCM, software code error, for that year truck. Too many people in forums getting the code error with nothing wrong. Good product, Great price.
