This fit my Talaria XXX perfectly. Very snug, extremely grippy textured material. Rubbery in a very good way and I no longer slide forward as I ride.Hardest part is disassembling the entire seat and rear fender assembly to get to the part where you remove all of the old staples. Just be precise and I'd recommend using fabric tape or some double side adhesive around the entire edge of where you'll be stapling to help prevent water from getting in or it delaminating eventually.Use plenty of staples, and stretch it tight, make sure it's centered and it's as easy as it sounds.Couldn't be happier with this product, I hugely recommend this item for the XXX if you have the stock seat and cover still which this makes it a bit more bare able, not more comfortable persay bit much easier to ride and stay in the spot you want instead of sliding forward every two minutes.

Fits perfect and is pretty sticky material but it’s a good stick, like your stuck to the seat. Love it.
