I bought it as a gift for my friend. She tells me that she enjoys good coffee. Very practical and easy to use.

We have purchased three of these machines in the last two years and all of them have failed after about 8 months. The warranty is a huge hassle, and the extra Asurion coverage isn't any better. If you want cheap because you only use it once in awhile, it might be for you. But, if you plan to make six to ten cups a day, then invest in something else.

Very easy to use; simple functions. Shots are watery (long shots for my coffee people), clearly there is not much pressure in the water going into the espresso, but considering the price, it's acceptable.

I just received this machine and overall it works well. I like the preheat because the coffee comes out hotter than most machines that are similar. The frother on the machine leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve had machines like this before and know how to ge frothy milk and this one is awful! Also, it’s nicer to have a frother you can just wipe off rather than one with the extra piece on the outside that you have to take off to clean both. If you like to froth your milk, this is NOT the right machine.

The casing is plastic but the inner workings are metal. I use it when I want a quick espresso. There are no leaks and the temperature of the coffee was perfect. I originally purchased it to see if I would use an espresso machine. I had intended to get a better one, but it works so well I will not be doing that. It is so easy to use and the small size works well in my kitchen. I recommend this product.

Does exactly what it's advertised to do.The instructions are easy to understand and any possible malfunctions are forseen and easy to avoid with their warnings. Was honestly worth the money just for the milk frother. Those auto-spinning whisk things are garbage, this machine is the real deal and provides a perfect steamed milk (2% works best). I've discovered a newfound passion for tea lattes as well.At first I didn't understand the purpose of the lever on the top of the bowl handle (the detachable arm that holds the coffee and the filter; there's a lever thing on it that rotates upward) but I realized its purpose is to hold the bowl in place while you hit it against the garbage can to discard leftover coffee grounds. Very cool, shows me someone actually tested the design in r&d.My only complaints are that the filter does not provide that foamy espresso texture I see on youtube, it's definitely proper espresso but I think either the pressurisation or the filter itself could be better. Also, critically, the steam nozzle does not disconnect from the machine, making it the one part of the unit that is terribly difficult to clean. The only method I've found to work is to give the nozzle a good Thai massage with some steel wool, then repeat the process with a washcloth. Kind of annoying.Don't try to use regular coffee grounds in this either, doesn't work. I am stupid and learned the hard way that there is a huge difference between coffee grounds and espresso grounds.
