4 Steps To Get a Perfect Espresso:
Step 1:
Fill the detachable water tank and turn on the power button to preheat.

Bought for my husband who’s obsessed with coffee and makers. He loves the froth feature and how it keeps cups warm on top. Also loves the multi functionality and being able to create his own blends and different styles. Many compliments on appearance, durability and taste. Looks super expensive and worth every penny

I don't like this product for the following reasons:1. The instructions say "Use medium grind grounds" but all espresso grinds are fine grind.2. You have to stand there waiting for the machine to warm up for what seems like five minutes before you can actually start to brew.3. The two cup and single cup buttons produce exactly the same result.4. Can't fit a regular size cup under the brewing nozzle. You have to use a little cup to brew and then pour it in a big cup for a latte.5. The amount of espresso produced is about 2 ounces if you are lucky.6. The instructions are very poorly written, and difficult to follow.I bought another espresso maker and threw this one away.

The product is very very nice for beginner.Work slow very slow. It's light in weight so it feel like not very strong.But it dose work well and give good value for the low price

This takes so long to heat up and then you have to wait again to use the steaming function. I threw out the box on accident and now am stuck with this hunk of junk
