It has been a waste of time. This is the second time it has been damaged. First the original one was damaged and then this one I bought. So I recommend NOT buying this brand.

This milk frother looked similar to the frotherused on a different brand espresso machine. I rolled the dice and purchased this frother for my Casabrews 3700Pro. And happily it works

Bought the whole MAttinata machine a year ago. Was happy with it, initially, until the first descaling. Purchased the recommended descaling product and followed the instructions, fully. It destroyed the Milk tank. I have contacted the customer service THREE times, while I still had the warranty, with absolutely no response. I have read all the reviews and complaints, and some of those had mentioned getting some action after their negative reviews. That is pretty pathetic. They wait until the warranty is out. Don't bother. I am buying another milk tank but I despise this kind of treatment from the company. Shame on you.
