The Urns have arrived and I was very pleased with how quickly they arrived and how beautifully they were wrapped.I unpackaged the purple one first and was delighted with the colour and general effect, although a little disappointed that there are a couple of small scratches on it (photos attached).I then opened the ‘red’ one. I have to say my heart dropped. I appreciate that photos can be deceiving, but the urn is not red it is brown and as it is described as ‘red’ I expected it to look more that colour. I have taken a photo of it against a dark red wall and a brighter red candle so you can see the colour. Possibly it is also a ‘flatter’ colour does not help.I see you do not sell a ‘brown’ urn, so assume we have not been sent the wrong one by mistake.Has the processing changed resulting in a different colour? (I had to wait for these to come back into stock so assume they are a new batch.)Is there anything that can be done as we desperately wanted a purple urn and a red one as these are the colours our dogs have always had for everything?Thank you

I purchased this urn for my dog who recently passed away. I love the color and the paw prints on it are a nice touch. This is heavier than I expected and I like that the cover screws on securely. Very well made and highly recommend.

I ordered this for my best friend of 10 yrs... I really wish I would have had more time with him, but the fact that I was able to have him cremated, and keep him near me helps me feel better. This urn is beautiful and is made well. My boy was around 50-60lbs and the large was a perfect fit.

I purchased this for my beloved pet who I sadly had to say good bye to.The color was nice and the vertical paw track nice. It was size medium. I had plenty of room for my pet's ashes (10 pounds) and added his small favorite beany baby toy. The lid sealed well. It is a nice heavier weight so very sturdy. Only draw back was the finish around the bottom was damaged. I contacted the seller. They quickly responded advising they had issues with the shipment and refunded my money with option to replace with one once they checked their stock.I would certainly recommend this urn and get another for a future pet if needed.

As soon as I saw this urn I knew it was the perfect one for my best girl of almost 12 years. Purple was her color and it matches her collar. The only downside is that it came with this substance around the bottom. I assume it’s glue from the felt being glued onto the bottom, but I wish it had been cleaned a little better before we received it. I tried to clean it off but couldn’t. Overall, it’s a nice urn for the price though.

I passed on the urns available from the vet because I found this perfect one. When I received it, the packaging was intact, but when I opened it, the urn was damaged. After learning this, the seller reached out to me, apologized for the defect and immediately provided a replacement. They went above and beyond what was expected to make sure I received the perfect urn and I was very impressed by their customer service.

This urn is beautifully crafted with a lovely finish. It is the perfect size for our late girl who weighed about 55lbs in her final days. The lid seals very well without needing adhesive, so when I decide to have her ashes put into glass, it will be easy to do so. The shipping was on-time, and actually early, which was a blessing at Christmastime as we'd lost our girl on Dec. 17th.

This earn was the perfect size for my pet. The sizing is correct on the chart. It is a beautiful piece. The colour is vibrant and even the engraver complement at the color. A wonderful piece at a very good price, best I have found.

I bought this for my little dog I had to have put down. The urn was beautiful. The color is vibrant. It is sturdy and very well made. The lid screws on tightly. The paw prints look great. My dog was about 20 pounds and this fit him nicely. Not something you ever want to have to buy but when you do its nice to see a company take pride in what they make.

I wanted to put my dog's ashes in a nicer urn than the plastic one provided by the vet. The medium was a little small for all his ashes because he was a big guy, so I only put half in. I got a medium because I wanted to make sure it wouldn't be too big for the shelf.It works out fine because this way when my adult son gets his place, I'll buy another one for the rest of his ashes so my son can have one too. It really is a pretty urn. Looks great on my shelf.
