Love it! Great value too. Easy to install just make sure it's level.

The manufacturing of the pool is a little sloppy, but it works just fine and is a good size for 3 to 5 people. Like any of these pools, it's nice that it comes with a pump but should be upgraded to a larger one for future years of use. If or when a puncture occurs, a patch will usually fix it with no issue; mine got set up on a jagged rock accidentally, yet hasn't punctured. A cover could of any kind is also recommended. If you find this close to a hundred dollars (I saw it at $95 for a minute) I highly recommend the purchase, or else go with an Intex on sale.

Nice pool. I had a smaller one a couple years back. Love this one. The neighborhood kids love to get in and swim. Not too deep for the little ones. Perfect!

I purchased the Evajoy 16’ X 48” pool/sand pump filter set over 3 months ago:I waited to write this review. Because I was also hesitant on purchasing. I spent a lot of time reading reviews on pools. I was cautious due to the mixed reviews. Ultimately I ordered through Amazon because of the warranty. I am overall very happy with this pool and sand pump filter.I did have some issues-1. The ladder was missing the screws and nuts. Amazon customer service said they couldn’t just send the parts. They originally asked me to package everything back up and they would send a new one. I let them know I was not going to attempt that. Folding a pool and fitting back in a box is not easy. Also how would I transport a 300lb box!? That was a turn off for me, as I needed simple screws and nuts. They ended up shipping me a whole other pool set, and told me to take the parts out that I needed. Then to contact them, complete a form for a truck to pick it back up and send it back. (Makes sense why mine was missing parts if this is their normal procedures). They did cover the shipping cost. But it was a lot of hassle for screws and nuts. Also seems it would have been cheaper to just let me keep the second one as well considering shipping cost.FYI- This ladder is not the greatest. It is not sturdy. It says it can hold upto 200lbs. It wobbles a lot. Even wobbles when my 11 year old who is under 100lbs uses it. Had I known this- I wouldn’t have bothered getting the screws and buts. You will absolutely want to buy a better ladder.2. The sand pump filter instructions were horrible. I mean absolute trash *I reached out to Evajoy company directly ( 3 separate times) and they finally made a video. So you won’t need to worry about this issue. But this was my experience. I asked if they could send a better manual like I had read in one of these reviews. They said they didn’t have one. *If you do need to reach out to Evajoy- I strongly suggest doing it via email. They were not friendly on the phone and seemed very frustrated and annoyed* through e-mail I sent pictures and showed them the pamphlet. They responded within a day. The instructions didn’t say where the hoses connect, or how to put it together. (This was my first sand pump filter, so I really needed clear instructions. I was clueless which part was the back wash, which hose should connect to the intake and which one to the outtake. The pump didn’t say. The instructions also didn’t tell me which setting does what. I had to watch videos on YouTube to figure out what they all did.The pamphlet also had a sections of “Do’s and Dont’s” for operating the sand pump filter- two bold spots said “DO” so it was obvious that one of those sections was supposed to be DONT. Again - The company has Since made a video so no one else has this issue. So you will not need to worry about this!3. The underground cloth is really just a cheep thin black tarp. I was expecting it to be thicker and a little padded. It does do the trick though.QUALITY OF POOL & PUMPThis pool has been up for over 3 months.The pump is incredible and a great size for this pool. I am overly happy with this pump! I have even cleared up completely dark green algea within 24 hours with this pump. Couldn’t be more impressed.I have had no leaks! The liner is strong and durable. I actually have the clearest water I have ever experienced with owning a pool. I have extremely hard water with high iron content. The pictures are my pool today!The sand pump filter does drip water around where the black connector brings the top and bottom together. But it’s nothing serious, and I think it’s user error. Possibly didn’t tighten it enough.Another thing I liked about this pool- was that both the hose holes in the liner have covers. I could remove the sand pump filter and close the hoses so water doesn’t pour out. Which is good for winterizing. I did have to cut the covers off because they were connected and wanted to flap back closed when the pump was going. But it’s better to have them regardless. I Havnt seen another pool come with these.Summary- no holes, no leaks, great pump! Pool has been up over 3 months!! You will want to purchase a new ladder, this one is not great. The sand pump filter gets the MVP award for the summer. It’s a champ. If you do end up with missing parts- they will replace but it is a pain. There is new sand pump filter video showing how to put it together that is super helpful!

Unfortunately, when the pool arrived it had a cut on the bottom on the bottom of the pool, it was a huge pool so I didn't see it until after I have put it together and already started filling up the pool. Needless say, it began leaking and I had to empty the water that I already put in so that I could use the patch kit that the pool came it. I patched the outside and the inside of the pool to make sure that the hole would no longer leak. I began filling the pool again and at about half way full the internal patch came off. I waited a day to see if the external patch would hold up but it did not. Needless to say, I returned it and will not and can not reorder. Amazon no longer has them available.

The support for this product is terrible. I have gotten nothing but the run around from their support. I purchased the pool is January of this year 2024. I set the pool up in mid May. We are now 3 days into June and all 4 of the corner pieces have cracks in them. One is splitting so badly that it looks like it is about to rip apart. I contacted the company via their website and after several days heard nothing back from them. I called the number and they only have a 30 day warranty on the product. I now have to purchase the corner pieces from them if they have any in stock. Meanwhile, I have a pool that might come apart at any time. I will never deal with these people again. I advise that you not purchase this pool. In addition to this the filter that comes with the pool is very undersized for this size of pool. This is a cheap POS pool but an index and spend the extra money.Adding an update after several attempts to contact them I finally have a response and apparently, I cannot get parts for this item and am not able to order them or return it. I strongly not buying anything from this seller / company. Apparently, even when I purchased this item from them it had been discontinued yet this was mentioned nowhere in the ad for this item when they had it listed on this site. I would like to know if they ever planned to honor any type of issue with this or even provide any support.
